Wednesday, October 20:
Arrive anytime, we will connect by Slack or text to connect as people arrive. You can put your estimated hotel arrival time on this spreadheet: Arrival Time - Ride Share Spreadsheet or text Debbie Segalla at 781-424-6885. We will have an informal gathering as people arrive!

Thursday, October 21:
Breakfast Option - The Monkey Bar off Hotel Lobby (Be sure to eat before the meeting. Coffee/ water will be provided during the meeting).
8:30 am  - 11 am Chairman's Council Meeting in the Ocean Breeze Meeting Room * Dress casually as we have the following schedule directly after the meeting:
11:15 am - 12:15 pm Early Lunch Poolside at Hotel
1 pm - 4 pm Intracoastal Boat Cruise
4 pm - 6:45 pm Free time
7 pm Group Dinner

Friday, October 22:
7 am - Group Breakast at Cafe Lunna Rosa (across the street from hotel). Back to hotel to checkout and store luggage with the hotel
8:30 am - Walk to Frank McKinney's (7 block walk from the hotel)
9 am - Noon Frank McKinney Tree House Tour 
12 pm - Back to Hotel

Resort Fee:  There is a daily resort fee of $30, plus tax which does include overnight self-parking for one vehicle.  ***For our group, this has been reduced to $20.
